Renowned seakeeping qualities are integral to the design of the Hatteras 70 Sport Deck Motor Yacht. The modified-V hull design delivers a sharp entry with a stable ride. The double chine with dual hullside stepouts mean a dryer boat and more beam above the waterline. There is a solid "shoe box" fit of hull to superstructure. Wrap-around aft deck stairs lead to a water-level activity platform in place of a traditional cockpit, and this clever bit of navel architecture enlarges the aft deck.
